Robert Moletteire

Robert “Bob” Moletteire is the managing partner of Moletteire Injury Law Firm, a personal injury law firm, which Bob started with his partner Andy Graham in 1995. Bob is devoted to his family and his practice, where he has successfully tried hundreds of personal injury cases throughout Florida.

Bob was born September 5, 1957 in Wilmington, DE.   His family moved to Orlando, FL in 1970 before Walt Disney World opened. Bob attended Oak Ridge High School in Orlando, graduating in 1975. 

Bob obtained a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Central Florida in 1979.  Bob had the distinction of being the youngest elected member of the Edgewood City Council.  The City of Edgewood is located in south Orange County.   He was elected to the City Council in 1977 and served one two year term. In the second year of his term, Bob was honored by his fellow council members when he was unanimously elected President of the Council for the remainder of his term.

Bob later earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Cumberland School of Law in 1983.   He worked as an Assistant Public Defender in the 18th Judicial Circuit in Brevard County for almost one year.   In 1984, Bob joined a private law firm as a criminal lawyer as well as a family lawyer.   In 1986, Bob devoted 100% of his practice representing victims of negligence in personal injury and wrongful death matters.

Bob became a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer in 1990.  He has successfully renewed that certification every 5 years since obtaining that distinction.  Of the over 70,000 Florida Bar members less than 1500 lawyers are certified as specialists in Civil Trial Law. Bob is currently serving as Chair to The Florida Bar Board Certification Civil Trial Law Committee

Bob formed the law firm with his partner Andy Graham in 1995.

Bob has two sons. His time away from the office is spent with activities that involve his family and the music ministry at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church.

Bob is actively involved in the Brevard County Community. He serves on the Board of Directors of The Daily Bread, an organization providing quality of life to the hungry and needy.
